We are considering candidates at multiple experience levels, with title and responsibilities commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of industry and/or postdoctoral experience applying computational methods to large-scale biological datasets (5+ years for Senior).
• Demonstrated experience analyzing transcriptomic, proteomic, genetic, and/or related biological datasets.
• Working proficiency in Python for scientific computing and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive as an independent contributor in a collaborative, fast-moving research environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting biomarker discovery, translational research, or target identification in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting.
• Experience with transcriptomic approaches, particularly single-cell RNA sequencing.
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics or related cellular profiling technologies is strongly preferred.
• Experience using large language models and agentic AI workflows to accelerate computational biology research.
• Deep expertise in at least one area of computational biology while contributing broadly across multiomics analyses.
