[Hiring] Senior Audit Support Assistant @Cotiviti

Role Description

We are looking to add a Senior Audit Support Assistant to our Provider Services team! This role will efficiently and professionally handle more complex, broad daily administrative activities within the audit engagement. Some responsibilities include:

• Responding to claim status inquiries
• Generating reports
• Managing claim work queues
• Claim tagging
• Data entry

This role works collaboratively with other internal Cotiviti teams to investigate escalated claim questions and advocate resolutions on behalf of providers.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent education
• 3+ years’ administrative support
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases
• Requires working knowledge of and applicable industry-based standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in an individual and team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ medical billing and provider reimbursement experience

• Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones

• Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
  • No adverse environmental conditions are expected

Benefits

• Base compensation ranges from $21.00 to $25.25 per hour
• Nonexempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given week, or as otherwise required by applicable state law
