[Hiring] Senior Analyst - Application Support @MRO Corporation

Role Description

The Application Support Sr. Analyst provides enterprise-level support for MRO product lines, focusing on the preparation, validation, and timely submission of regulatory quality data required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC). This role manages submission activities across multiple facilities, ensures data accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines, and collaborates with clinical, operational, compliance, and IT teams to support successful submission outcomes.

• Primary focus on preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory data and reports required by CMS and TJC.
• Ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations, submission timelines, and data integrity standards.
• Own end-to-end execution of CMS and TJC quarterly and annual submissions, including:
  • Eligibility confirmation
  • File validation
  • Submission
  • Client notification
  • Closeout for all facilities
• Maintain the submission tracker and status dashboard for active submission cycles.
• Monitor CMS and TJC regulatory updates, submission deadlines, and specification changes.
• Perform resolution of user-reported issues related to MRO healthcare product applications.
• Participate in the creation, updating, and maintenance of training courseware and user reference materials.
• Promote client and employee user satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols; document actions in ticketing systems.
• Develop technical support capabilities to assist with other support activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulatory quality submission requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple facility submissions simultaneously against firm regulatory deadlines.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience with basic database interactions (e.g., querying and analyzing data in Microsoft SQL Server).
• Basic experience with software engineering platforms, web applications, and databases.
• Demonstrated skillset with commercial ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Demonstrated skillset with Microsoft 365 Suite and troubleshooting of browser-based applications.
• Demonstrated skillset with utilizing emerging AI technologies.
• Responsiveness and ownership mindset.
• Ability to use data validation tools and methods.

Requirements

• Prior experience with CMS, TJC, or other healthcare regulatory quality reporting programs.
• Experience documenting or improving operational workflows and SOPs.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with or knowledge of regulatory quality submissions.
• Experience with EMR systems, standards, and terminology.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range

USD $67,300.00 - USD $90,900.00 /Yr.
