[Hiring] Security Administrator @CHS

Role Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Security Administrator for a contract to hire position with an Agricultural Cooperative located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This is a 10 month contract to hire opportunity. This is a remote position.

Pay range: $69.00 - $74.00 per hour, W2

In this role, you will join a growing team and support the Customer Identity & Application Security Product Team. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, Legal, and Data Privacy partners to ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations, implement and support security configurations, and maintain operational excellence through reporting, system administration, and ongoing platform maintenance.

• Administer and maintain the Cookie Management platform, including onboarding new applications, categorizing cookies, applying branding standards, performing website scans, and publishing updated cookie scripts on a recurring schedule.
• Create, coordinate, and implement IT Change records within an ITSM change management platform (ServiceNow).
• Coordinate and execute production deployments for the product team, including code releases and post-deployment validation.
• Perform recurring platform maintenance and cleanup activities, including certificate renewals, secret rotations, and account deprovisioning.
• Configure and maintain authentication and authorization settings within supported tools for new and changing applications.
• Provide support for the team's code vulnerability management tools and related processes, as needed.
• Develop and deliver recurring operational, compliance, and application reports.
• Coordinate testing activities and communications with internal users and stakeholders, as needed.
• Provide production support to users and help ensure systems operate in alignment with the client's policies and standards.
• Maintain readiness to support additional systems and capabilities within the Customer Identity & Application Security (CIAS) portfolio.
• Build and apply knowledge of data privacy requirements, including the client's cookie lifecycle and associated processes.
• Ensure adherence to the client's IT methodology, security standards, and established best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, technical teams, management, and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude and enjoy contributing to an engaging, supportive team environment while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Comfortable exploring applications of AI tooling to continuous improvement and support processes for better automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent collaboration skills within the Product team and interfacing teams.
• Experience working with developers and quality engineers in a team setting using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A willingness to help drive items forward and assist in driving for a solution with the product team.
• Experience in Change Management, Incident Management, and Request Management.
• Experience using application monitoring tools for environment health awareness.
• Availability to support deployments as needed multiple times per week including after hours and off cycle when required (infrequent).
• 2 years of system admin experience to include creating and modifying procedures to solve complex issues and troubleshooting issues and creating innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with cookie management software e.g. OneTrust.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with scripting such as PowerShell or SQL.
• Experience with a Customer Identity and Access Management solution, e.g. Okta.
• Experience of working with Certificates for web applications.
• Experience in Production Support with internal teams as well as external customers.
• Experience with the following tools: ServiceNow (ITIL), Octopus, Terraform, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code or other code editors.
• Experience with Dynatrace system monitoring software.
