[Hiring] SE Strategy & Operations Manager @Snowflake

Role Description

This role involves serving as the operational backbone for our global Partner SE organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.

• Drive tighter integration with the Alliances organization, overseeing compensation management, territory mapping, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
• Lead the cadence for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), providing proactive reporting and data-driven insights.
• Act as the "global glue" to maintain alignment across AMS, EMEA, and APJ, ensuring consistency in metrics, tooling, and GTM initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to PSE leaders across AMS, EMEA, and APJ, providing guidance on business and team performance measures.
• Support the design and rollout of new GTM strategies and manage operational deployment for the Partner SE org.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Partner SE functions and broader Field SE leadership.
• Work with broader SE Operations and Partner Operations teams to ensure cohesive, scalable ecosystems.
• Proactively identify and implement AI-driven tooling to automate reporting and increase team productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience working in GTM Operations, specifically supporting technical or partner organizations
• Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to influence and improve SE productivity and GTM strategies
• Excellent organizational skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations and analyses for regular business reviews
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and Productivity Tooling
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership (RVPs/VPs) and act as a neutral mediator in resolving operational disputes or escalations
• Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
