Role Description

We are looking for a new member of the Oncology Image Analysis team, to support the generation of quantitative decision-making data in image-based radioligand therapy dosimetry studies. The Image Analysis Scientist manages and performs analysis work on a variety of medical imaging-based clinical trials.

  • Responsible for all quantitative results generated in an imaging study
  • Work as a lead analyst on a project-by-project basis
  • Oversee general data processing and analysis
  • Represent the Image Analysis team on multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Review study-related documents, edit or create SOPs, and guide internal development tasks
  • Train new hires
  • Work on quantitative molecular imaging analysis with a focus on internal dosimetry and SUV analyses
  • Experience with PET or SPECT imaging data is required

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze nuclear medical imaging data, gamma counter data, and associated non-image data
  • Manage data (including in DICOM format) on online project repositories
  • Oversee processing of imaging data, including registration, segmentation, and ROI quantification
  • Interact with sponsors around study setup and results interpretation
  • Draft project documentation and regulatory documents
  • Ensure quality control of analysis projects
  • Manage analysis projects
  • Create images, plots, and reports for clients
  • Effectively utilize in-house developed python workflows, iPACS, MIM
  • Automate workflows by implementing software scripts

Qualifications

  • PhD or MSc in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry or biology)
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in medical image analysis
  • Required experience analyzing imaging data from nuclear medicine imaging modalities (e.g. PET, SPECT)

  • This role is remote. Candidates located in the following states are preferred: AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NH, NJ, NC, PA, UT, VA.
  • The annual base salary range for this role is $63,588-$120,138.
