Role Description

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in Pune, India. As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.

• Communicating with potential participants via phone or email.
• Screening participants based on defined criteria.
• Scheduling participants based on their availability.
• Responding to pre-study participant questions.
• Conducting pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimize no shows.
• Acting as the first point of contact between our team and study participants.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Gujarati.
• Ability to adapt to the IST time zone.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Experience working in a team.

Requirements

• Validation of candidates via phone call according to project requirements.
• Checking candidates' availability for the project.
• Answering candidates' questions.
• Providing logistic information.
• Scheduling candidates for the sessions time.
• Sending reminders to participants to ensure they don't forget about the scheduled sessions.
• Filling the session schedule days in advance.
• Communicating daily schedule updates to the project team.
