Role Description

At CNT, Application Services means more than resolving tickets. You stay close to customers after go-live, take responsibility for productive SAP processes and continuously improve solutions where they create real business impact. You build lasting customer and system knowledge while working across functional and technical teams.

• Take end-to-end ownership of complex incidents, service requests, process and customizing questions and changes in your specialist area.
• Lead root cause analyses, customer-critical topics, escalations and solution decisions through implementation and closure.
• Support and further develop productive SAP landscape while ensuring stable business-critical processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional solutions across SAP modules, Development, Basis, customers and external partners.
• Strengthen support quality through reusable standards, mentoring, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Several years of SAP experience and deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Logistics: SAP MM and/or SD; additional knowledge of EWM/WM, PM, PS or related logistics modules is an advantage.
• Production: SAP PP and/or QM; strong knowledge of integrated production and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Finance: SAP FI and/or CO; additional knowledge of CO-PA or FI-AA is an advantage.
• Development & Integration: ABAP, interfaces, SAP BTP, forms, reports and advanced technical troubleshooting.
• Confidence in leading complex analyses, customer-critical topics, escalations and sustainable solution decisions.
• Broad cross-module understanding, clear communication and the ability to guide and mentor colleagues.
• Professional competence in the area of integration with SAP modules with the Service Modules.
• Business fluent in German and English.
