Role Description

This role involves supporting the client's SAP security stack during afternoon hours.

Creating and managing user roles and authorizations based on business requirements
Performing user provisioning and deprovisioning tasks
Regularly reviewing user access for compliance and potential security risks
Developing and maintaining SAP security policies aligned with organizational standards
Monitoring for unauthorized access attempts and potential security breaches
Implementing security controls to mitigate risks
Investigating security incidents within the SAP system
Identifying root causes of security issues and implementing corrective actions
Reporting security incidents to relevant stakeholders
Ensuring SAP systems comply with industry regulations and internal security policies
Conducting regular security audits and assessments
Maintaining documentation of security configurations and compliance status
Working with functional teams to understand business processes and security needs
Providing training and support to end-users on SAP security best practices
Collaborating with other IT teams on security initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

3-4 years of hands-on support experience in SAP Security in ECC, CRM, Portal, SAP BW, GRC
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of SAP best practices
Ability to identify, escalate, and address production issues
Excellent customer service and communication skills
