Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Manager / SAP BODS Solution Architect to lead end-to-end data migration activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in:

• SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS)
• SAP Information Steward
• SAP ECC
• Non-SAP to S/4HANA migrations
• Data governance
• Enterprise data quality management

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing data migration teams
• Coordinating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and development teams across multiple workstreams
• Ensuring successful delivery of migration objectives throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• SAP BODS certification preferred
• SAP Information Steward experience
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are an advantage

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
• Extensive experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) & hands-on with SAP Information Steward
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs
• Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, IDOCs, BAPIs, and ETL processes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical streams
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
