[Hiring] SAP PP/QM Consultant @Elfonze Technologies Pvt Ltd

Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Experience in end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations and rollouts.
• Conduct business PP/QM workshops and gather requirements from manufacturing, production, planning, and quality teams.
• Prepare business user story/requirement documents, functional specifications, solution-design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Must have expertise in MES integration experience with S4 HANA.
• Expertise in Process order IDOC, BAPI confirmation, Batch Management - specific batch, document batch, generic batch concept.
• Design integration between SAP PP/QM and MM, SD, PM, CO, WM/EWM, batch management, and warehouse processes.
• Work with technical teams on enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, interfaces, forms, reports, conversions, and workflows, especially with NPI.
• Execute integration testing and build the test scenario.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate activities across functional, technical, and business teams.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and solution decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Must have hands-on ChaRM Management, Solution Manager, documentation, Transport movement.
• Must have experience with interface from S4 HANA to Blue Yonder, APO, IBP, or other planning SAP non-SAP systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration, solution architecture, and process design.
• Added advantage - FMCG, Pharma Life science S4 project implementation experience.

Qualifications
