[Hiring] SAP Plant Maintenance @Shrive Technologies LLC

Role Description

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Jackson, MI.

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP plant maintenance & customer service modules and industry-specific modules.
• Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
• Experience in Production Support utilizing ITIL practices for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Create utilities industry-specific solution designs to plan, define, and execute complex, interdependent work.
• Extensive experience in implementation or support within the Utilities Industry environment.
• Experience in integration of Utilities Industry with Asset Investment, EAM, Scheduling, Mobility, Graphical Work, and/or GIS applications.
• Provide support with Utilities Industry experience with EAM solutions including SAP, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Ventyx (Hitachi), etc.
• Knowledge of Handheld Wireless Devices, RFID, ESRI Spatial solutions technologies.
• Strong customer service orientation; strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Develop a strong working relationship with business partners to facilitate effective, end-to-end solutions for business processes.
• Detailed knowledge of IT principles, methods, and practices in the Utility area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain application configuration parameters and system-related documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience delivering technical documentation and procedures.
• Proficiency in information and data management.
• Extensive experience in system design and application development.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes, and testing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to take on responsibility.
• Experience with S4/HANA.

Qualifications
