Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA-BRIM & Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable), Convergent Invoicing (CI), billing processes, integration with SAP CRM/SOM, and revenue management solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM/FI-CA solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI-CA modules including:
  • Business Partner Management
  • Contract Accounts
  • Payments and Collections
  • Dunning
  • Returns Processing
  • Write-offs
  • Security Deposits
• Configure and maintain SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) processes.
• Design and implement invoicing, billing, and revenue management solutions.
• Support end-to-end BRIM processes including:
  • Subscription Order Management (SOM)
  • Convergent Charging (CC)
  • Convergent Mediation (CM)
  • Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • FI-CA
• Integrate BRIM solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SD, FI, and external systems.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments.
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Conduct workshops and provide user training.
• Support data migration and system enhancements during project implementations and upgrades.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable).
• Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM suite.
• Expertise in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) configuration and support.
• Knowledge of:
  • Billable Items
  • Billing Documents
  • Invoice Processing
  • Invoice Printing
  • Revenue Recognition
• Experience with integration between:
  • FI-CA and CI
  • FI-CA and S/4HANA Finance
  • SOM, CC, CM, and CI
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, and Revenue Management processes.
• Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM.
• Knowledge of SAP Subscription Billing.
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services.
• Experience in Telecom, Utilities, Media, High-Tech, or Subscription-based industries.
• SAP BRIM/FI-CA certification preferred.
