[Hiring] SAP BRIM Business System Analyst @Shrive Technologies LLC

Role Description

Mandatory skills include:

• SAP BRIM
• Convergent Mediation and Convergent Invoicing usage/consumption billing
• CPQ-to-BRIM integrations
• SQL-based data validation
• AEM/BTP integration testing
• Functional understanding of contracts, commitments, overages, and invoicing workflows

Key responsibilities include:

• CPQ-to-BRIM Data Flow Design:
  • Validate end-to-end usage data pipelines from Sales CRM into BRIM Convergent Mediation
  • Ensure accurate billable-item creation and commitment-vs.-actual reconciliation
• Convergent Mediation Configuration:
  • Configure and troubleshoot
  • Work on integration with CI Disposition & Invoice Execution
  • Manage billable-item disposition workflows:
    • Validate incoming disposition requests from Sales CRM
    • Create or modify invoices
    • Apply goodwill adjustments
    • Split composite BITs
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms
• Integration Testing Between CPQ and BRIM:
  • Lead functional and technical testing across CPQ-to-Billing pipeline
  • Validate event schema definitions and payload structure between Sales CRM and BRIM
  • Test bidirectional event flows:
    • Disposition requests → BRIM
    • BIT alerts → Sales CRM
    • Invoice-created events → Sales CRM
  • Perform end-to-end event delivery testing, including timing, retry logic, and failure scenarios
  • Test threshold-based event triggers (e.g., (USD)25K outstanding-balance alert)
  • Validate data transformation and mapping logic in AEM or Business Technology Platform (BTP) adapters
  • Identify and document integration gaps or timing issues

This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BRIM and related technologies
• Strong understanding of billing and invoicing workflows
• Familiarity with data validation and integration testing
