Role Description

UST is looking for a SAP APMe consultant to work as a UAT Lead for our client. The candidate will work with the client's SAP APMe implementation team and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.
• Expert in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers.
• Expert in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products.
• Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules.
• Utilize the technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates.
• Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years – SAP SuccessFactors.
• 3 years - Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.
• Experienced in commission calculations and payments.
• Experience in US health insurance is a plus.

Company Description

This is a remote position and the candidate should be based out of the US.
