Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices and Flosum, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient deployments across development, testing, and production environments. This role will work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of platform enhancements and business-critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release management, DevOps, or configuration management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flosum for Salesforce deployments, pipelines, and governance.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata structure, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve environment inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
