[Hiring] Salesforce Production Support Analyst @Piper Companies

Role Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Analyst to support a federal health organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support a program committed to improving health outcomes across the US. This position is FULLY REMOTE and requires working availability from M-F, 9-5PM EST.

• Administer Salesforce user access, permissions, and security to ensure appropriate system access and compliance.
• Monitor production environments, investigate system alerts, and resolve incidents to maintain application stability.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support by troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating timely resolutions.
• Perform data audits, validations, and integrity checks to ensure accurate and reliable business data.
• Conduct root cause analysis, document processes, and implement improvements to prevent recurring production issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration and production support.
• 3+ years of experience managing production incidents, service requests, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC, and Aura preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Dynatrace, Python, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user access management, and data integrity processes.
• Must possess a valid Salesforce certification (Administrator preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $80,000- $90,000 depending on experience.
