Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data modeling, data ingestion, identity resolution, integrations, segmentation, and data transformation.

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data models.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution.
• Develop and manage data ingestion and integration using APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and other integration technologies.
• Configure Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Data Actions.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud expertise.
• Strong understanding of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft/integration tools, SQL, and data transformation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
• Salesforce Data Cloud certification is required/preferred.
