Role Description
We are seeking a Consultant to join our global team. This is a truly unique role, offering the right candidate a balance of project management and technology consulting duties in a dynamic environment.
- Manage, in conjunction with Senior leadership, day-to-day interactions with clients at levels including individual contributors, managers, and executives.
- Understanding and managing client expectations across different organizational levels.
- Manage key project activities on time and within budget through effective project governance.
- Participate in and help drive client conversations around people, processes, technology, and data-related challenges.
- Present proposed solution designs and gain feedback from clients through user testing sessions.
- Collaborate with project team members to oversee the execution of technical deliverables across configuration, data, and integration.
- Support requirements-gathering efforts and work in conjunction with Senior Consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work with senior team members to map out key process flows, develop pros/cons analyses, document findings, and present recommendations to clients.
- Support management of key project activities on time and within budget through effective project governance.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds/products.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, ideally in consulting or professional services.
- Proven experience working directly with clients at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and anticipate client needs.
- 3-5 years of experience working in environments that require an understanding of technical deliverables.
- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst are strongly preferred.

- Strong technical understanding to ensure configurations, data, and integrations align with project requirements.
- The ability to convert business requirements into technical deliverables that meet client needs.
- Actively testing and troubleshooting to ensure project integrity and successful implementation.
- Using internal tools and systems to execute efficient and scalable project implementations.
- Bridging business and technical needs through process mapping and conducting analytical assessments of solution impact.
- Using analytical skills to foresee challenges and risks, ensuring the project is governed effectively.
