[Hiring] SACM Process Business Owner @Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions

Role Description

• Develop and implement best practice standards, policies and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring and the maintenance of software and hardware assets.
• Understand, design and implement continuous life cycle management of configuration items.
• Prepare the structural change to a service-oriented process and industrialized organization and disseminate the new way of thinking in PU internal collaboration based on the possibilities of the new tool.
• Ensure that the SACM process is Fit for Purpose and compliant to the current regulations and norms that apply.
• Responsible for the process design and framework.
• Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process.
• Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process.
• Coordinate design work for CI and Asset discovery, integrations, and other data import methods.
• Collaborate with and support Key stakeholders across the IT organization and the business to review and improve our asset management across the group so that it becomes cost effective.
• Support other IT process owners and functional areas (e.g. Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management etc.).
• Support, monitor, review audit activities and process.
• Provide coaching for CMDB stakeholders to ensure appropriate understanding of the Configuration and Asset Management system and its relationship to Change Management and other key IT processes.
• Prioritize process-related requirements for IT developments in Demand Boards.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years hands-on experience with Asset Manager Tool, Service NOW, CMDB, CSDM and SACM process.
• Experience in configuration management is a must.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Language skills: English - C1; German - B2.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
