[Hiring] SaaS Patent Solutions Expert @Questel

Role Description

As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be a technical expert in charge of supporting sales representatives during their sales process for our IAM offer. You will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise on our SaaS offer and for the post-sales process to ensure clients have a good grasp of our software via training.

• Conduct interactive demonstrations (and/or create use cases) that align to the IP needs for IAM tools users during onsite visits.
• Attend customer meetings in support of sales representatives to present our software (EC+, Equinox Corporate, Equinox Law Firm, ELF+).
• Prepare presentations for seminars, highlighting our software and positioning the Questel offer.
• Provide customer training for Orbit Invention and Orbit Asset.
• Drive internally the SaaS offer assigned to the SME: raise the knowledge on the offering of the sales team and all client-facing personnel at Questel, support the group’s strategic priorities.
• Support Product Manager and User Experience (UX) designer in describing IAM processes and use cases when their expertise is needed.
• Ensure regular reporting of field information collected during pre-sales and training activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, engineer, or university scientific studies.
• Completed a diploma in intellectual property.
• Professional experience in one of the following fields:
  • IP paralegal for a company or a law firm.
  • IP portfolio management.
• Significant experience in using Intellectual Asset Management tools.
• Deep knowledge of IP processes, operations, data, and administration.
• Proficient in extracting business intelligence from intellectual assets.
• Solid understanding of business value chain, processes, and applications.
• Understanding of how C-level Executives use IP information.
