Your Job: Professional Translating and Helping People Connect

• Real-Time Translation: Provide expert, live translation during important calls, including medical emergencies, legal meetings, and emergency services.
• Accurate Wording: Instantly use complex words from medical, legal, financial, and public safety fields without delay.
• Neutral and Safe: Follow high industry rules by keeping all information strictly secret and remaining completely neutral.
• Cultural Awareness: Notice and quickly clear up any cultural misunderstandings to keep the conversation flowing smoothly.
• System Management: Use a secure cloud platform to ensure your remote workspace is safe and professional.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native (C2) mastery of both Russian and English, including specialized terms and slang.
• You must be an EU Citizen or have a valid Portuguese Residency Card.
• Excellent listening and short-term memory skills to repeat complex information instantly.
• The ability to stay calm and professional during stressful calls, like emergency crisis situations.
• A quiet, distraction-free space to work with fast fiber internet (at least 20 Mbps).
