[Hiring] Robotics Service Technician @LionsBot International Pte Ltd

Role Description

This role involves deployment and troubleshooting of robots in the allocated service region.

• Provide hands-on technical support for LionsBot autonomous cleaning robots deployed in various commercial settings.
• Commission robots on site with the creation of maps and establishment of cleaning zones.
• Perform functional calibrating and testing of the robots.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robots.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions on-site.
• Assist in updating robot software and ensuring all features are up to date.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users to maximize the effective use of the cleaning robots.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and client interactions.
• Work closely with the LionsBot technical support team and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide regular reports on robot performance and maintenance activities to the LionsBot headquarters.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics Technician.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in robotics or automated systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience servicing machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• This role is remote in Germany (Hamburg/Frankfurt/Munich/Dortmund).
• Reporting to LionsBot Europe in the Netherlands.
