[Hiring] Risk Manager @Ericsson

Role Description

This role involves managing and enhancing our risk management program for property risks.

• Proactively plan, drive, and follow up on the risk management program for property risks
• Review and simplify the collection process for values, aiming for digitalization
• Liaise with external risk engineers, brokers, insurance companies, and third-party service providers
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including supply, operations, legal, real estate, and sourcing
• Identify and analyze potential risks and adopt insurance coverage accordingly
• Manage large and complex insurance claims when they occur
• Support and assist insurance risk management operations with claims as needed
• Lead projects related to risk management, loss prevention, and/or insurance
• Utilize skills and imagination to develop innovative solutions to complex problems

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, loss prevention, and/or insurance
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in insurance claims management is an advantage
