[Hiring] Revenue Operations Manager @GrowthX AI

Role Description

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the tools, process, and data that power everything from a lead's first touch to closed-won. We're looking for someone who obsesses over the details at every stage of the funnel and is excited to help define what modern revenue operations looks like in the age of AI.

• Partner with the marketing, sales, and finance teams to build and maintain the systems that track every activity along the way.
• Design scalable processes that capture clean data throughout, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Make everything measurable, enabling faster and smarter operations as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or sales operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or agency.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, including architecture, workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, integrations, and data hygiene (required).
• Highly analytical and hands-on with data: capable of building reports, pressure-testing numbers, and analyzing funnel performance.
• Preference for building clean, repeatable systems over one-off fixes, with a focus on scalability.
• Clear communication skills for aligning marketing and sales or explaining data to leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and speed matters.

Requirements

• Own our CRM and the tools connected to it (HubSpot, Nooks, and more) to support marketing, sales, and finance.
• Run the full funnel from first touch to closed-won: capture, enrich, score, and route every inbound, outbound, and partner lead.
• Build and maintain the enrichment system that feeds account and contact data into scoring, targeting, and marketing/sales plays.
• Design reporting to show funnel performance: stage conversion, attribution, pipeline, and necessary metrics for leadership and finance.
• Set and enforce data quality standards, driving adoption for a reliable source of clean data.
• Integrate AI and automation into tools and workflows to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Develop scalable processes and playbooks to support growth.
• Build and maintain marketing workflows that feed the funnel, from lead capture and forms to nurture and campaign tracking.
