Role Description

The Lead on the Run Squad is the primary day-to-day team oversight resource responsible for:

• Queue health
• Triage
• Workload distribution
• Service quality
• Coaching
• Coverage
• Escalation
• Operational coordination

This role ensures the team:

• Responds reliably
• Prioritizes based on impact
• Communicates clearly
• Documents work completely
• Moves tickets toward resolution
• Develops analysts
• Maintains strong partnerships across Revenue Cycle operations, Build, Epic, vendors, and IT leadership

WORK SHIFT: Days (United States of America)

Qualifications

• Experience in team oversight and operational coordination
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact
• Experience in coaching and developing team members
