[Hiring] Revenue Cycle Consultant @Med A/Rx

Role Description

The Revenue Cycle Consultant serves as a customer experience and operational revenue cycle subject matter expert, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams across all aspects of CBO and insurance workflows. This role ensures accurate scoping, effective implementation support, and strong customer-facing materials by applying deep healthcare revenue cycle knowledge from prospect through go-live. The Revenue Cycle Consultant partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales initiatives, implementation readiness, and an optimized customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a healthcare revenue cycle management environment
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare billing, insurance, and collections workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze variables and apply practical solutions
• Proven experience collaborating across teams to align people, processes, and deliverables
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience supporting complex healthcare revenue cycle workflows
• Experience supporting client success, operations, or consulting functions within healthcare organizations
• Experience developing RFP content, sales materials, and customer-facing reports or presentations
• Experience supporting or implementing CBO or insurance-focused revenue cycle solutions
• Experience working with Meditech, Oracle, Epic, or similar healthcare systems
• Outstanding relationship-building, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and customer experience
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments
