[Hiring] Responsible Gaming Lead @Midnite

Role Description

As we build Midnite in Ontario, we need someone to put player protection at the centre of how we operate. You’ll run responsible gambling for our Ontario casino day to day:

• Identifying signs of harm early
• Making sure players receive the right support
• Building controls that work in practice

This is a hands-on role. You’ll own the day-to-day RG program and help shape how it develops as we grow. That means:

• Working player cases yourself
• Improving our monitoring and interactions
• Partnering cross-functionally to make safer gambling part of the everyday player experience

You’ll keep our program aligned with the AGCO Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming and iGaming Ontario’s requirements. You’ll have the judgement and confidence to make difficult decisions and put player wellbeing first.

• Own and improve our responsible gambling program, policies and procedures
• Run player risk monitoring day to day
• Review whether player interventions reduce risk
• Handle escalated RG cases yourself
• Keep self-exclusion and return-to-play processes effective
• Partner with Marketing, CRM and VIP teams
• Build and deliver practical RG training for the relevant teams
• Coordinate RG Check accreditation with Compliance
• Turn RG data into clear reporting for senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years in responsible gambling, safer gambling or player protection
• Hands-on experience in a regulated gambling business
• Experience handling complex cases and improving processes or programs
• Understanding of Ontario’s igaming framework and AGCO’s expectations
• Comfortable working with player data, case management tools and reporting dashboards
• Empathy, sound judgement and clear communication
• Organised and practical
