[Hiring] Resource Support Analyst @U.S. Legal Support

Role Description

US Legal Support is seeking a Resource Support Analyst to establish and maintain strong relationships with court reporters and videographers while ensuring the seamless coordination of daily operations. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Establish effective and cooperative working relationships with court reporters
• Coordinate daily communication via email, phone, and text to track the status of work products.
• Maintain U.S. Legal Support standards and promote a positive company image.
• Research and resolve general inquiries, providing timely follow-up with internal teams as needed.
• Identify and address operational challenges to enhance efficiency for court reporters and clients.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and integrity in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership and colleagues on special projects as assigned.
• Perform analysis of regional outcomes using Excel and SharePoint to support decision making by US Legal Support Leadership.
• Support regional leadership in the evaluation of key trends.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong skill set in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
