Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Itineraries Specialist to design and coordinate unique and memorable journeys for our clients.

Design personalized itineraries tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
Research destinations, activities, and experiences to create unique recommendations.
Manage schedules and bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.
Handle adjustments or changes with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for creating meaningful and well-planned experiences.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in planning or coordinating itineraries is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
