[Hiring] Regional Asset Protection Manager @The Home Depot

Role Description

This role is a multi‑site position supporting multiple locations across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Kansas, and Missouri. Preferred candidates will reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

The Regional Asset Protection Manager (RAPM) is responsible for ensuring Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within the region. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyzing and managing regional shrink performance
• Detecting, investigating, and resolving theft and fraud
• Delivering shrink goals
• Ensuring Asset Protection processes are executed by the field team
• Working with Regional and District teams to drive theft mitigation and shrink
• Ensuring physical security processes provide a safe and secure environment for store teams, associates, and customers
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to gain cross-functional support and alignment
• Coaching and training the field Asset Protection teams within the region

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• 4 years of work experience
• 4 years of leadership experience
• LPC/LPQ certification
