A referral reaches an organization through an online form or secure email. Before a qualified team can review it, someone must check that the intended service, sender details, and required attachments are present. The Referral Submission Assistant handles that administrative intake. This remote role does not assess a person's needs, determine acceptance, or give professional advice. It protects the original information and sends the referral to the appropriate reviewer.

• Complete enough to review referrals.
• Use the employer's checklist for that referral type.
• Request missing fields through the approved channel or flag items for a specialist.
• Keep sensitive information in the secure online system.
• Follow the employer's escalation rule for urgent referrals.
• Compare second forms for the same person before linking to an existing request.
• Maintain organized records and clear follow-up questions for customer service.
• Match submissions according to the employer's identity and date rules.
• Describe recorded status while acceptance belongs to the designated team.
• Ask only for the missing intake detail required by the checklist.
• Preserve the sender's question and the exact item awaiting a response.

Qualifications

• Prior referral experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Customer service and office administration skills transfer well.
• Ability to learn a web-based system and read closely.
• Leave decisions to the qualified team.

Requirements

• Read assigned referrals in the approved intake channel.

• Confirm the intended service and permitted contact information.
