[Hiring] RCM Solutions Specialist @Passage Health

Role Description

We're seeking an RCM Solutions Consultant to serve as the revenue cycle subject matter expert for Passage's software customers. In this role, you'll help customers optimize their billing operations while influencing product direction and driving RCM thought leadership.

Sitting on the Customer Success team, you'll:

• Own RCM consulting and assisted billing setup
• Deliver customer education programs
• Act as the billing escalation point of contact for CSMs and Support
• Lead RCM enablement for our internal teams

This is a strategic, advisory role. You'll be the go-to authority who works directly with the Director of RCM and the Head of Customer Success to guide customers toward better billing outcomes and shape how our product and organization support revenue cycle excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience in ABA therapy billing and revenue cycle operations
• A track record in RCM consulting, advisory, or subject-matter-expert work
• Deep fluency in payer processes, claims management, and denial workflows
• Expertise with ABA billing software and a strong intuition for how technology can streamline revenue cycle operations
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Rigorous documentation and organizational skills
• An analytical mindset—able to diagnose billing operations and recommend improvements
• The ability to translate frontline customer needs into clear, actionable product feedback
• The poise to manage multiple priorities and strategic projects simultaneously
• Comfort working with operational reporting and metrics

Requirements

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on revenue cycle strategy, billing operations, and best practices
• Design and deliver scalable customer education programs
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex revenue cycle questions
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to support customer health
• Build and lead RCM enablement programs for internal teams
• Develop and maintain authoritative RCM resources
• Translate frontline customer insights into actionable product feedback
• Partner on RCM thought leadership and educational content
