Role Description
We're seeking a talented Quantitative Engineer eager to step into a trading role focused on crypto assets and US equities markets. You will manage trades directly using our capital and split the profits equally (50/50). This role provides substantial autonomy and direct exposure to the results of your strategies.
- Develop, test, and implement quantitative trading strategies for US equities and cryptocurrency markets.
- Manage trading activities, including real-time trade execution, risk management, and position sizing.
- Continuously refine and optimize existing algorithms to improve trading performance.
- Analyze market conditions, identifying profitable opportunities using statistical and machine learning models.
- Generate regular performance reports and communicate insights clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong background in quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency trading and/or US equity markets.
- Understanding of trading platforms, data analysis tools, and market microstructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently, managing risk, and making real-time decisions.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
Compensation Structure
- Profit-sharing model: You will trade using our capital with a transparent 50/50 profit-sharing arrangement, aligning incentives directly with performance.
