Role Description

• Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and maintain Individual Behavior Supports Plans (IBSPs), Individualized Emergency Intervention Plans (IEIPs), and related behavioral protocols.
• Review behavioral data and individual progress and make recommendations based on clinical findings.
• Provide direct behavioral assessment, intervention, and observation services.
• Train and coach DSPs, Lead DSPs, and RBTs in implementation of behavioral plans and positive behavior supports.
• Provide RBT supervision when assigned.
• Participate in monthly Individual Behavior Supports Team (IBST) meetings and other clinically necessary meetings.
• Conduct fidelity, competency, and data-quality reviews.
• Participate in significant incident and behavioral debriefing when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to support consistent implementation of behavioral services.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• At least two years of experience designing, supervising, and implementing behavioral services.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavioral support plans.
• Experience training or supervising RBTs and direct-care staff.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to provide services in person at White Lane EBSH in Stockton.

Requirements

• White Lane utilizes Rethink Behavioral Health (RethinkBH) for behavioral programming, data collection, clinical review, and related documentation.
• Consulting hours are documented through Gusto, with a clear description of the professional activity performed.
• Additional clinical, documentation, timekeeping, performance, and service expectations will be outlined in the QBMP Consulting Agreement.

• Experience with Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH).
• Adult residential or group-home settings.
• California Regional Center services.
• Individuals with complex behavioral or mental-health needs.
• Title 17 and Title 22 requirements.
• Rethink Behavioral Health.
• Trauma-informed care and positive behavior supports.

Compensation

Independent contractor compensation starts at $125 per hour and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities.
