We don't just track budgets and send purchase orders—we make sure every piece of the puzzle arrives on time, on budget, and exactly as envisioned so our clients can focus on creating stunning environments.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Securing the Best Terms: You’ll drive the pre-invoicing phase by aggressively managing RFQs, extracting precise pricing from vendors, and flawlessly converting quotes into ironclad purchase orders.
• Protecting Project Profitability: By meticulously tracking 100+ line-item budgets and expense reports, you’ll act as the guardian of the project’s financial health, ensuring no cost goes unaccounted for.
• Mastering the Logistics Puzzle: You’ll keep tight construction and design timelines intact by proactively monitoring global production schedules, shipping transit durations, and tracking deliveries until they hit the site.
• Eliminating Administrative Bottlenecks: You’ll step in as the reliable, highly organized right hand to the studio owner, taking ownership of manual workflows and ensuring absolutely nothing slips through the cracks from initial concept to final QuickBooks invoicing.

Qualifications

• You are inherently detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly structured.
• You have a rock-solid foundation in accounting and bookkeeping.
• You don’t just wait for information; you hunt it down.
• You navigate advanced Excel spreadsheets with your eyes closed.
• You have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and your own professional-grade computer (BYOD).
