[Hiring] Purchasing Coordinator @Masco

Role Description

This role supports the Sourcing and Purchasing teams by managing purchase orders and supplier coordination to ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to the supply plan. It also supports import/compliance documentation (e.g., COO/HTS) and prepares internal/external reporting, including on-time delivery and savings performance using tools like Power BI and capacity analysis updates.

Qualifications

• Mandatory to have Bachelor’s degree
• Six years prior experience participating in the development and deployment of new business applications in the areas of sourcing, supplier management, contract management and project management.
• A.P.I.C.S CSCP or CPM a plus

• Shift: 04:00 pm - 01:00 am IST
• Work Hours: Total 9 hrs (8:30 hrs working + 30 min break)
• CTC: As per market standards
• Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred; candidates serving notice with 30 working days’ notice period preferred.
