Role Description

This role involves working on the psychological aspects of human behavior, interaction, and productivity with our application or website.

Administrative work on MS Excel files or research work on MS Word
Conducting research pertinent to understanding users of our platform or job applicants
Planning and designing tools to help users understand themselves, such as personality tests
Facilitating users' ability to find, enroll, or apply for opportunities more easily
Working with graphic designers or creating website/mobile app page concepts, including psychology tests and career tests on Adobe XD
Assisting with induction programs or training programs for new employees
Participating in human resource functions such as interviewing and testing applicants

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
Some knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Excel & Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
Administrative skills
General knowledge related to business, marketing, design, human resources, and more would be a huge bonus
Project management skills and the ability to use project management tools like AirTable, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. is a bonus
