Role Description

• Serve as primary provider contact once Terms & Conditions are executed
• Lead provider onboarding education, including process overview and expectations
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding meetings and training sessions
• Build long-term provider relationships and ensure positive experience with the Client's Project
• Manage escalated provider concerns and coordinate internal resolution efforts

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of experience in provider relations or network management
• Strong relationship building, facilitation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage escalated provider issues and complex conversations
