• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring team members in an enrollment or healthcare environment.
• Experience managing daily enrollment operations, queues, applications, updates, and inbox activities.
• Experience handling escalations, resolving complex issues, and supporting client or stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and support process improvement initiatives.

• Strong provider enrollment and operational knowledge.

• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.

Requirements

• This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment.
• Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential.
• The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.
• Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.
• Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

• The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
