Role Description

At CVS Health, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator:

• Manages audits of provider information to escalate issues for resolution as appropriate.
• Manages and resolves third-party contracted reimbursement issues into applicable systems.
• Automates and manually loads all new and revised participating provider data transactions.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a data management role. You must also possess the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of provider related experience.
• Previous production environment experience.
• Provider Data Maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
• 1+ years of QuickBase experience.

Requirements

• SCM and/or EPDB knowledge.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Demonstrated success prioritizing work and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations.
• Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.
