Virtual Professional is looking for a Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing residential portfolio. In this role, you'll:

• Manage leasing and tenant administration
• Coordinate maintenance requests with residents and contractors
• Prepare lease agreements and renewal documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents
• Support our marketing efforts by managing social media content and rental listings
• Keep our website updated with available properties and company news

Qualifications

• Experience with building or similar property management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite, Instagram & Canva
• Experience with website content management systems
