Role Description

Property Manager for HOA and COA Boards. Daily activities include:

• Addressing resident concerns
• Board communication
• Acquiring bids for community projects
• Creating budgets
• Processing client invoices
• Conducting inspections
• Attending Board Meetings and Annual Meetings

Every day is different and never dull!

Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Self-organized
• Experienced Property Manager
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to schedule and attend meetings with clients outside the normal 9:00-5:00 work day

Requirements

• Must have experience in property management
