Role Description

Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 4–6 weeks

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, and association governance documents for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility.
• Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters. Provide expert feedback.
• Leverage real-world expertise in operating and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Manage community associations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role.
• Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Requirements

• Start Date: Immediate
• Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
