[Hiring] Professional Services Consultant @IRIS

Role Description

We’re looking for a Spanish/Portuguese speaking Professional Services Consultant to join our iSAMS Professional Services team, helping schools get up and running with their software and make the most of the system. This is a varied, customer-facing role that combines software implementation, problem-solving and client training.

• Support international customers through the implementation and setup of iSAMS software.
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and help configure the system appropriately.
• Develop your technical skills in areas such as system configuration, data migration and data validation.
• Work with customer data, identifying issues and helping ensure information is accurate during implementation.
• Deliver online and, where required, onsite training to help customers confidently use the software.
• Explain system functionality clearly to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Build positive relationships with customers throughout their implementation journey.
• Work closely with colleagues across Professional Services and other customer-facing teams to deliver a joined-up experience.
• Maintain clear implementation records and communicate progress, risks or issues effectively.
• Build your knowledge of iSAMS and gradually take ownership of more complex technical and consultancy activities.
• Contribute ideas and customer feedback to help improve our processes, training and overall service.

Qualifications

• Ideally fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within software, technology or a similar environment.
• Confidence learning and navigating software systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• An interest in developing both technical and client training skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with systems or data.
• The ability to organise your workload and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Experience with software implementation, training, SQL, data migration, MIS systems or the education sector would be beneficial.
