Role Description

Our Mortgage Loan Processors play a critical role in the loan approval process. These individuals exhibit a keen eye for detail and superior organization skills, utilizing these skills to assist our clients in getting the home they want. Many of these individuals are considered leaders in our field, and we rely on their talent to keep us on the cutting-edge of industry trends. Our service-oriented attitude coupled with our unique and energetic atmosphere makes the home financing process what it should be - an exciting and rewarding experience!

Responsibilities

• Provide every client the best service in the industry.
• Ensure accurate and timely packaging of all loans originated by the Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Organize, compile, and verify loan application information.
• Submit mortgage loan application files for underwriting approval.
• Meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• Robust experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Bond mortgage products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
• Encompass experience or equivalent + Microsoft product experience.
• 2 to 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
