[Hiring] Process Excellence Manager @Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC

Role Description

Process Excellence Managers work with the VP and Director of Business Excellence on initiatives and projects designed to achieve business excellence. Key activities include:

• Working across all areas of the business to enhance company performance and effectiveness.
• Focusing on underperforming markets, recently established markets, and potential new markets for expansion.
• Implementing strategies that support the company’s long-term vision for growth and optimize overall business results and returns.
• Providing strategic support to leadership and constructively challenging existing assumptions and business practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review existing market and branch operations to identify opportunities to improve or optimize performance.
• Influence leaders at all levels to inspire change and achieve business excellence.
• Help evaluate proposed new markets for expansion and coordinate market-entry strategies.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
• Coach branch leadership and team members to improve performance and support sustainable change.
• Analyze performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify, document, and support the implementation of best practices.
• Develop and deliver effective presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement plans.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
