Role Description

We are seeking a Process Engineering Specialist Intern to join our team and contribute to an innovative project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As a Process Engineering Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing organizational processes to support our company initiatives. • Assist in the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop process models and simulations to evaluate potential improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes that align with business objectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to resolve process-related issues.
• Monitor and report on process performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's in process engineering, systems engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
• Proficient in process engineering tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Requirements

• Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value.
• NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern.

Recruitment Process

• Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
• Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge.
• Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format.
• Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
• Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship.
