Role Description

ELVTR is looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Process Automation and Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs. This is a full-time remote position.

• Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (e.g., Sales/Customer Support).
• Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions.
• Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms.
• Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs.
• Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of ownership and self-motivation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively.
• Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively.
