[Hiring] Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for GPU-as-a-Service @Software International

Role Description

This role involves working as a Principal Solution Consultant - Q2C for a GPU-as-a-Service project.

• Type: Contract can be 40 hrs/week or less if a resource is only available on a part-time basis
• Number of Roles: 1
• Duration: 12 months to start + extensions
• Location: Remote - Toronto, ON
• Rate: Open based on expectations as a C2C contractor

The role requires experience in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process for GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

• Building the Q2C process for GPU-as-a-Service clients
• Adapting the standard sales cycle to the specific needs of cloud computing services
• Managing the entire lifecycle of a deal, from initial customer inquiry to final collection of payment and revenue recognition
• Bridging the gap between sales and finance functions

Scope includes:

• Discovery through interviews and existing documentation review
• Internal/external goals/requirements, success factors
• Assessing existing Q2C solution for completeness and gaps
• Developing and documenting final end-to-end people, process, and tools solution for Q2C

Specific tasks include:

• Day 0 (QUOTE): Offerings, solutioning process, SKU / BoM / order development process
• Day 1 (TO): Ordering process and requirements, solution enablement (DCIM, Network, IPAM, CMDB, GPU, design/deploy and procure to pay, usage/billing engine), customer onboarding
• Day 2 (CASH): Support, billing feed/source data & calculations, invoicing / accounts receivable

Scope includes supporting tools for the above process: HubSpot, CPQ (TBD), ERP & billing / bill presentation.

Qualifications

• Seasoned in Q2C process for GPU-as-a-Service or IaaS

Requirements

• Experience in building Q2C processes
• Ability to adapt sales cycles to cloud computing services
• Experience in managing the entire lifecycle of a deal
